PUSD Update to Families - 5/11/2020

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Happy mother’s day (a day late!) to all of the mom’s across our district!!
All students, 6th grade and up were emailed a brief survey on their learning experiences during the current COVID-19 distance learning landscape. Please help/ask your student to take the survey in order to give us a better understanding of their experiences as we continue our planning for the 20-21 school year. Questions focus on study habits, schoolwork load, sleep, distance learning schedule, etc. Student feedback is important and we’re eager to hear their thoughts.
SIP is stressful | Wellness Center offers some tips for coping
As we round out week 7 of shelter in place (SIP), one constant that we continue to hear – both in our work as therapists as well as in our personal circles – is that stress levels remain high. Collectively, life as we knew it took a sharp turn, and we are still adjusting to our new normal. Adjustment can be a stressful process by nature.
