The Fundraising Office (FO)

A professional office that is responsible for coordinating and tracking all of the fundraising efforts for the Piedmont schools. The staff manages the donor database, the Student Directory, coordinates the various fundraising campaigns, mailers, parties, brochures – and helps the armies of volunteers signed on for duty.

This unified “nerve” center for Piedmont’s fundraising ensures that we operate like a well-oiled machine, don’t step on each other’s toes – and is the reason why we responsibly raise a total of $2.4 million (nearly 7% of our total school funding) that goes to the schools every year.

Julia Burke, Beth Porter and Patty Dunlap

The FO is jointly supported by the PEF and APCP and managed by the Joint Operating Committee comprised of APCP and PEF members.
